Nominations Period Opens: June 

Nomination Deadline: March 1st

Judging Period: March – April

Volunteer judges are assigned to one or more categories. After reading each essay, the judge is asked to complete a review form. They rate each question for the nominee on a scale of 1-10. The top scorers in each category become New Jersey State Governor’s Volunteerism Awards medalists. Additional honorees in each category will receive certificates.
