Nominate A Volunteer

Volunteers are the unsung heroes and the heart of our communities.  They serve, not for the glory, but because it is necessary.  If you know a deserving individual or group that is making a difference in your community, please consider nominating them for an NJ State Governor’s Volunteerism Award.

Familiarize yourself with the various NOMINATION CATEGORIES. You may nominate an individual or group in up to 3 categories.

NOMINATION TIPS

• Take a look at the nomination form to get familiar with the questions. Before you start the nomination form, compose your answers using Microsoft Word or a similar program.
• There is a word limit, so be thoughtful to give enough detail within the allotted word count for each question. If the nomination form does not load, please try using another browser (i.e. Firefox, Chrome, etc.).
• You will receive an automatic confirmation e-mail once your nomination is received.

Multiple nominations do not increase the likelihood of selection for an award.
In case of multiple nominations for the same individual, group or organization, the first nomination received will be selected for review by the judging committee.
